The UT Proposal Routing Form (pdf) must be completed prior to submission. Do not wait until the last minute to ask for signatures on this form! Have the proper conversations early so there are no surprises when asking for approval from the appropriate administrative bodies.
All routing forms require the approving signature of the chair/unit head, dean, and appropriate vice president. The signature of the VP of Administrative operations is also required when the project involves any cost share (doc) or indirect cost waiver (pdf).
